Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, generating API credentials, or integrating with the Nesoraa connectivity platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Platform Services & APIs

Nesoraa provides connectivity infrastructure enabling programmatic provisioning, lifecycle management, telemetry inspection, and settlement of eSIM profiles across participating mobile network operators.

3. API Usage & Security Responsibilities

  • Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and webhook signing secrets. API keys must not be exposed in client-side code repositories or public web clients.
  • Idempotency & Rate Limits: Mutating API writes must include an Idempotency-Key. Requests must adhere to published rate limits and concurrency ceilings.
  • Asynchronous Handling: Clients must properly handle 202 Accepted operational responses, polling mechanisms, and webhook verification.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service or underlying mobile networks for fraudulent activities, unauthorized network probing, denial of service attacks, transmission of spam, or activities violating applicable telecommunications regulations.

5. Billing, Balances & Double-Entry Settlement

All charges, prepaid balances, and profile allocations are settled using an immutable double-entry ledger. Charges are deducted in accordance with agreed plan rates upon successful operation settlement. In-flight operations with uncertain states undergo automated reconciliation.

6. Service Availability & Continuity

We strive for maximum platform uptime. However, mobile connectivity depends on upstream carrier infrastructure, local radio conditions, and international roaming agreements. Nesoraa provides operational status, automated reconciliation, and transparent error vocabulary.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nesoraa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues arising from telecommunication outages or carrier-side disruptions.

8. Inquiries & Contact

For inquiries regarding enterprise agreements, custom SLA terms, or regulatory documentation, please reach out via our contact page or email support@nesoraa.com.
